Yes, I am in-network with most BlueCross BlueShield of Texas and United Healthcare plans. If you have a different insurance provider, I can provide a superbill if you wish to submit an out-of-network claim for reimbursement of sessions. You can also use an HSA card to pay for sessions if you have one. It is always advisable to check your out-of-network mental health benefits with your insurance provider.

My private pay rate is $130 per 53-minute sessions. This includes time spent completing notes as well as treatment planning outside of sessions.

I offer both! My office is located in Lewisville, Tx. I also offer telehealth sessions to anyone residing in Texas.

To get started, you will fill out the contact form below. Once I receive this, you will get a response back from me within 1-2 business days. I offer a free, 15 minute phone consultation if you would like to chat or ask questions before moving forward. Once you are ready, I will give you access to an online client portal where you will fill out intake forms and schedule your first appointment!

The first session is focused on us getting to know one another! We will review your intake forms, discuss your reason for seeking counseling, and begin to identify your goals. This is also a great time to bring any questions you may have about the counseling process.
